Purpose
The purpose of this lab is to use the period of a pendulum to verify the aceleration of g to be 9.81.

Procedure
We will calculate the time taken for one sweep of the pendulum and use that number to calculate g. To do so we set up the motion sensor and measure the period of the meter stick at different distance intervals. We will then graph our data points and use the slope of the best fit line. That slope is approximately g when we graph T^2 vs. IPP.

Conclusion
The number we found for g is less than actual g on Earth. This is most likely due to a few small reason like friction due to air and inaccuracy of the motion sensor and meter stick combination.
